1. Property: Carbon content between 0.7 ¨C 1.65%, alloy content around 10 ¨C 20%, formed rich carbon alloy and carbon carbides of the steel.

2. Main Application: High speed machine tools, drill bit, rolling cutter, gear cutting tool.
